What the NatHERS symbol represent

The NatHERS symbol guarantees that the thermal performance has been performed by an accredited assessor under the National Home Energy Rating Scheme. Each assessor is required to follow the protocols to ensure that the assessment has been accurately and professionally undertaken. In NSW, all thermal simulation under BASIX, can only be performed by accredited NatHERS assessors
